I absolutely loved Dr. Roy. Most vets are over-reactive and he was the opposite. He spent sufficient time examining my dog and reviewing the x-rays, etc. He could have pushed surgery, but he saw that my dog was so much better. I am very skeptical of vets and doctors and I have to say that I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Roy. His assessment was exactly what my husband and I believed to be true. Two primary care vets and the radiologist insisted my dog needed surgery, but Dr. Roy saw how much he had healed and didn't recommend it at this time. Below is the info from this website based on my answers, but I wanted to write a personal review as well.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I wish they had been able to see my pet sooner, instead of making us wait in the waiting room for quite a while. I've waited longer at a few other places, but it was still way too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I couldn't believe how rough they were with my pet. My pet was in a lot of pain because they weren't careful at all. It made me very upset, and I wanted to leave right away. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
