I have been with Dr. Rodriguez for at least 10 yrs but I think longer. Her first come first serve approach is different and they may not always be available to answer the phone as they are always busy but they do respond on their website inquiries. Reason always so busy is because they are very reasonably priced and she never tries to over sell you. On top of this she genuinely cares about her patients.

Hello,

This message is for Dr. Esther Rodriguez. I was a long time client for many years, and Dr. Rodriguez is an exceptionally Veterinarian. Trying to reach your clinic, however, is a big problem, due to either the phone lines are kept off the hook for 5+ hours, and if someone does finally answer, the hold times are up to 15+ minutes. Today, 9/2, I rec'd a return call and was asked to return the call and when I did, the outgoing message indicated that the office was closed for the day. Being that I am in the medical industry, it's really annoying that communicating with anyone and relying on a message being delivered promptly is frustrating!
