The staff was rude and obnoxious. When I asked if I would be waiting long for my puppy, I was told now, 2 1/2 hours later she was given to me. In the mean time they fawned over other clients. (I asked because I had another dog at home who needed put out). Most of the staff come across as cold and uncaring. The doctor lacked compassion, even if he was knowledgeable. When I asked for an honest opinion, I don't feel I was given one.

I'm absolutely going to recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. I've never worried about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They put in the extra effort to make me and my pet feel valued and important. They were so kind and attentive to me when I recently had to put one of my cats to sleep. Dr. Pope is the best veterinarian I've ever gone to.
