I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Koncal for over 5 years now, and my parents had always taken their dogs to him when I was younger and still to this day. The service is always great and everyone there is friendly and helpful - they have even made themselves available in emergency situations at the last minute (during business hours). I always refer friends and family to his clinic.

Dr Koncal has been my vet 15 years or more. He explains everything when you bring your dog in. If there is something he can't treat likec disk problems etc, he'll try medication first. If medication doesn't help he refers you to a place that can like the akron emergency vet clinic.

I trust him completely on any decisions he makes.
