Was the most caring office I have ever been to. Was in Rowlett 30 years and the staff and docs never over-charged or made me feel silly about ANY questions re: my pets. Truly in the practice for the care and love of animals. A rare thing in this day and age. Now live in Penna. and have just learned Dr. Jung has retired. God bless you all for having been a "life saver" for myself and my loved pets for so many years.

Office is not computerized but I love Dr Jung and his staff. He has a way with animals and handles them gently and well. He is always relaxed and comfortable which helps keep the animals calm. He could be an animal whisperer! I have used them for 28 years. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. His diagnosis are right on. Has a small town feel. I know I couldn't find better service or care anywhere else.
