I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
Dr Janssen is an old time farm veterinarian who sees a limited number of pets. He does not mince words or sugar coat diagnoses. I like and respect this as I am opposed to prolonging an animals life if they are suffering. It's one thing if an animal can recover or still wags their tail and is able to eat. It's another if treatment adds additional agony to the process of death.
