Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them at the time I want on the day I want. They're always very flexible with their appointment times. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
