As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The Dr's were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to recommend the best treatment possible. Unfortunately, the front desk/office staff is so incompetent, it more than cancels out the great treatment of the actual Vet staff. I went in to pick up RX's for pet. Paid. Left. Received call 20 minutes later that they had given me another patients medicine and they were waiting in the office. I had to cancel my next appointment, turn around and return to office to correct their mistake. The ditsy blonde desk clerk came out to the truck and got the RX's, and almost took the extra candle I had purchased as well. I questioned her if I had paid for MY RX's or if she had charged me the other ladies... was it correct? As it was almost $100, I wanted to ensure that I hadn't overpaid. She giggled and ensured me that she had charged me appropriately. I asked for an updated receipt that showed my RX purchase - she told me she would have to mail it to me. (Great. I'll hold my breath on that one!) She turned to go back in the building and still had my correct RX's in her hand. I had to tell her to give them to me, or I would need a refund and attempted to joke about it. She just gave me a deer in the headlight look... still had no clue what she was supposed to do. I told her that I had already paid for those - and my cat needed them. Thank you~ **gggrrr!!!! *** If that wasn't bad enough... two weeks later, I get an INVOICE - actually two! of them!!! One showed the 'correct charges' of $85.58 minus what she had charged me that day for the other lady's RX's - $84.23. They were billing me for $1.35. (OMG.) The second invoice was for the one pet odor candle I had purchased with tax - $6.95. When I found the original reciept from that day where she had charged the wrong prescriptions - the candle was already on it and included in the $84.23 previously paid. Unbelievable. They are sooooo screwed up. I called and tried to talk to the girl. Unfortunately, she is unable to handle any customer feedback or information regarding her incompetence and mishandling of the transaction. She put me on hold for the office supervisor. I gave up and hung up. Several hours later, the office manager called me back and was very hostile regarding the issues I presented to her. She actually had the nerve to tell me that I had upset her receptionist by speaking to her earlier!! Hey. Here's a clue. This is NOT how to win a new customer. She refused to waive the $8.30 charge the incompetent office worker still shows on her system... and said that I had already been apologized to for the mistake that had been made. If I was not coming back to use their services again, she saw no reason to apologize again or waive the charges. UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE. :smh: NOT EVER AGAIN!!!
