I have never in my life been treated so horribly. I have been taking my three dogs to Franskville Vet for years; and since the new doctors and staff took over it has been just awful. When I took one of my dogs in for an appointment to get his medication refilled - the doctor proceeded to ask what else my husband and I give our dog ... When we tried to explain the exact words to us were "Who told you that because no veterinarian I know would ever tell you to do that?!" I tried to explain it was written up for us by the specialist who performed surgery on our dog she replies "You must have misheard and misunderstood them" ... They wrote it down for us?! ... She then says "Well, we can put your dog on an aspirin regimen. But if you'd like to keep robbing Peter to pay Paul - which is shortening your dog's life and you will end killing him - then go ahead and keep doing what you're doing" ... My husband then steps in and asks where Dr. Minnis is and the new vet replies "I don't know but you're more than welcome to go find her". My husband replies "I just want my dog looked at now". This doctor then physically removed us from the clinic - stepping on my dog in the process .. No one raised their voice or used bad language ... I have never been thrown out of anywhere before ... Needless to say I will never step foot in that place again! I will never recommend them either! ... They say they care but obviously they don't. These people were more offended by an inquiry as to where our former vet is ... And my dog never got the medication he needs!!!!
