We have been taking our pets to Dr. Troy for almost 10 years. All of our family members take their pets to him, and he is absolutely fantastic. He stays on top of all current treatments and procedures in order to provide the best care possible for his patients.

When our 15-year-old cat, Cleopatra, got very sick last Thanksgiving and had to be put to sleep, Dr. Troy came to our home on Thanksgiving Day. He left his own home and family to come and take care of her here, where she could be with her family. Losing Cleo was a terrible thing, but, having him walk us through what was going with her as he anesthetized her, so that we knew she was suffering no pain or discomfort, made it a lot easier to handle than just leaving her at a vet's office as I have had to do with previous pets.

Dr. Troy and his entire staff are a group of kind and very loving people who treat both the pets and owners with great concern and respect, and we will continue to use him and refer others to him as long as he is practicing.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.
