They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. My pet has had a couple of emergencies, and every time they take my call right away and get me the help I need. I know I can always count on them in any situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
