When I needed to euthanize the family dog (18 years old, in end-life distress), Country Animal Care let me down. I was able to make it a half-hour before closing, but the doctor was leaving even earlier than that, and before I could get there... Rather than refer me to Family Pet Clinic less than a block away, the receptionist suggested maybe I could find something down the hill. I will not return to Country Animal Care.
