I have two dogs. I have taken them to Dr James Cone since 8 weeks of age. I take them both there for their wellness visits and shots. On one occasion, I only took one dog with me because the other was not due for a visit or shot yet. The Dr. did not remember my dog, he said I had never been there before with my dog. I had to bring back all of my records and receipts showing that I indeed had been there several times and these were my payments. I even showed him that he signed the receipts himself. He said he could not find any records of my dog being there before, He gave a story that the receptionist may not have filed the paperwork on all of my other visits or the records may be in another office in Stone Ridge. I will never go back again.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
