My friend went to this animal "hospital" and she said that Dr. Kropp prescribed her dog with Benadryl. yeah you know the medicine that is for HUMANS! she was very upset and i would highly not recomend going here. if you want your pet to come out alive, go somewhere else. if my friend hadn't been smart and called a real profesional, her dog would have died from the benadryl. STAY AWAY!

Had taken my pets there for years (4 dogs & 1 cat). When I took my two rats in to get rid of bugs in their fur they injected them both with Ivermectrin which is NOT rodent safe. One started to lose his fur, the other went blind instantly, became lethargic within a few hours and went into fits. I called the vet hospital in Whitehall who said nothing could be done once they were injected. I then called the manufacturer to see if anything could be done. They said that the drug is not really safe for most dogs and NEVER for small animals. Jeremy died within an hour of that call. When I went to the vet to see if they would at least give me the money back for the injections and appointment, Dr. Kropp pulled me into the back room, asked me to close the door, then proceeded to mock me (head flips and finger snaps included) and told me my Jeremy was "as good as DEAD anyway!" All I wanted was the money for the injections back and an apology, instead she tried to humiliate me by acting like a 13 year old. What I thought was a simple mistake on the part of an otherwise good vet, was obviously simple negligence. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
