The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. My pet has had a couple of emergencies, and every time they take my call right away and get me the help I need. I know I can always count on them in any situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. She is a WONDERFUL vet and their staff is very personal. My puppy was right at home there and actually likes going back. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their staff was welcoming, and made me and my pet comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. Their primary concern appeared to be treating my pet as well as they could. Their full attention was on my pet and I appreciated that. The doctor went out of her way to find the answers to a difficult to diagnose ailment that had been driving my cat crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
