They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I couldn't believe how awful they were. They were by far the worst veterinarian I've ever seen, and I think they're the worst veterinarian around. I was so distraught because of the situation with my pet, and I became even more frustrated when they weren't able to answer all of my questions. It made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
