this veterinarian is an example of what every vet should be. she is a true example of excellence. she is very knowledgable & has gone out of her way for my son's cats. We wanted to change his cats' food to castor & pollux. she called the company and found that the ph was too high. we did not ask her to call. How many veterinarians would do this?

when I lived in Ocala for four years, Dr. Salpeter and her staff were my cats' favorite veterinary team. They were so much less stressed going to a cat only vet, than a dog-cat vet. Never had to worry when they were going to the vet, didn't have to wear thick sweatshirts either! :)
They were VERY compassionate and caring when it came time to put my very old and sick cat down. And the stress level for my cat was low, and this helped the whole process.
Have had two vets since moving, both are dog-cat vets, and I can tell you, if I could get a Dr. Salpeter up here, I'd be switching vets to go back to a cat only vet!
