The most unprofessional money hungry don’t care about animals all they care about is money every one gives you a different answer someone says one thing and them another one says something else. The staff especially the woman’s at the front desk she is so not customer service she need to be more mindful and caring of people she lies and the vet says one thing and she lies and says no she even told me that the staff takes the sun,als home if they need special care wheni asked about being charge for overnight care and no one was there watching the animal
I am so disappointed because I trusted these people who says they care about animals and it’s. It so. Lies worse service and everything they add on more charges for services not rendered.
I had to ask for the vet who did the surgery? And was told she is busy imagine she don’t care to just say hi she supposed did the minor surgery and when I asked to met her was told she is busy what kind of operation is that I have never had to deal with unprofessional people like the staff and thieving people who work there they place is dirty and so is the attitude of the entire staff and vets.
They need to be shut down I will never take or recommend any one to take their pet there.
