I have been going to A Pet's Friend Animal Hospital for 15 plus years. This vet is TOP Notch. I , Julie & Troy Guinn, live in North Port and drive 20 + minutes for our dogs to be taken care of by the FINEST Vet that is around. I have referred several people to them. If you want your animal to be treated like a King or Queen, this is the place for you!! Dr. B & Dr. Walsh go out of their way for you pet. You animal will be treated just like their own

We have taken our many pet dogs to A Pet's Friend for over 20 years. Dr. Walsh's care and Dr. Breitwieser's care has been exceptional! For example, when we were out-of-state, our elderly Yorkie, Ellie, had to be taken to the dog ER in Sarasota one Saturday night with respiratory problems. The conclusion was to put Ellie to sleep which was very difficult for us as we were away and couldn't be with her. Sunday morning, we left a message on A Pet's Friend's recorder asking if someone could go get Ellie and take her to A Pet's Friend's clinic so she would be near friends. Later on that Sunday, Dr. Walsh drove to Sarasota, picked up Ellie and took her back to his clinic in Venice. We realized that Ellie was gone, but to have her in familiar friendly surroundings made us feel better since we could not be there.

We have recommended many friends and neighbors to take their pets to A Pet's Friend Animal Hospital and will certainly continue to do so. The veterinary care at their clinic is excellent!
