Wanted to take x-rays when they were not needed. I simply wanted an adjustment. BILLING IS NIGHTMARE! They said they took my insurance, but after the fact found out that was not the case and I ended up paying out of pocket. There are much better chiropractors out there that are not just concered with making money. Try Dr. Kristin Grenier-Drenzek in Cudahy. By far the best I've seen, and patient-centric.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. One thing I love about this provider, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.
