They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
