I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
