Services Chiropractors are Manual Medicine practitioners, and we use many methods to help the body change. Some are so gentle as to be almost imperceptible, some are so fast that they are described as "impulse," and others are rather forceful. Most of them work by affecting the nervous system and the fascia of the body. All of them make a change that the body adapts to, by which I mean that a Chiropractor uses methods that coax the body to heal itself.

Whatever the method, you and I will be partners in your treatment.

My goal is to mindfully improve my patients' balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength, because these things promote physical well-being, and we can all benefit from them.
