The service good but the staff had turnover issues and the office was poorly managed. The location is Monaca was closed abruptly and they never attempted to contact me or to cancel my upcoming regular appoimtments.

The office was dark and dirty. I was supposed to see one doctor and was put in with another. The X-ray machine is out of date and its safety rating expired six months prior to my visit. I will never go back
