They're usually able to answer simple questions over the phone. I can call and schedule an appointment almost any time, even on the same day! Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
