It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
