I have been getting treatments here for over a year and then one day I go in and I get treated like a second class citizen! I have been treated by Drs Chamberlain and Vanderbrook and had great experiences- I went in one day and there was another doctor there who was "trying" to help me. The waiting room in the back was very noisy, 1 client blasting hip-hop on the iphone and singing along like he was the artist. The Dr said nothing to him and the back up of patients kept growing while I was with him. "I" got interrupted 2 times to get the other "animals" adjusted. All this Dr was concerned about was the insurance claim going in the computer and being "cool" to his .....clients. I proceeded to get up and asked to pay for what they had done and told the front desk what happened and they didn't seem shocked at this behavior! I never received a call from Chamberlain nor Vanderbrook about this whole upsetting experience. Just another number!!!! If I was a different color,I might have gotten the correct service!
