They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility,. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. . He always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have.
