This is an agency that should not receive any government funding & should be shut down. I have experienced so many health rights violations; the so-called nursing staff openly shares client information with their adjoining Genoa pharmacy---confidentiality and/or HIPAA guidelines do not exist. It is as if the tech at CVS has open access to your clinical information, reads it at will, and acts as a person directing and conducting your treatment.

I would not send my dog there. The agency is staffed primarily by LPNs, who are pseudo nurses all lacking even the most basic competencies for psychological treatment. The agency consistently fails to meet standards for credentialing, is always on some level of non-compliance, and the psychiatrists they attract typically quit within days to a week. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid should close the agency for sheer malpractice. No stars was not an option.
