Dr. Troncoso has been providing insight-oriented individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults for 25 years. She served her clinical internship at the University of Virginia Medical Center, and went on to earn her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University in 1986. She was licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of Virginia in the same year. She has had her own private practice in Charlottesville since 1997. Her clinical expertise includes mood disorders, depression, anxiety, childhood behavioral disturbances, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, physical and sexual abuse victims, and autism spectrum disorders.

Recent Reviews
Dr. Troncoso did not seem to have any hint of bedside manner or empathy. Her concerns regarding payment outweighed my mental/emotional wellbeing and her advice/observations were general and insincere. I do not recommend her to anyone going through any significant life problems or needing some emotional support.
