Arrive eight minutes late and they will charge you, but if you get there on time or early, you will have to wait up to twenty minutes. Psychiatric care is given by a person who is unprofessional. Office old and DIRTY. Ate during my appointment many times. Many therapy sessions are about the counselor's issues, and not yours. If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. During my consultation, they left me alone for a very long time. I had no idea if they were coming back, or if they had left. I felt very ignored. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
