You are already taking your first courageous step toward feeling better by seeking a therapist. My clients often report feeling some relief after sharing their concerns during the early sessions, paving the way for relationship building and working on coping more effectively, feeling better about themselves and functioning more satisfyingly. My treatment approach is individualized, and always include a warm, therapeutic environment and informed by years of clinical experience.

You may feel challenged by: a mood disorder (depression, anxiety or bipolar), bereavement/parental bereavement, adjusting to a new role/life transition, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, high stress, borderline personality disorder, care giver stress, or infertility.
My office is handicap accessible and close to public transportation (bus and train). Free parking is available. I accept the following insurance: Aetna, Bravo Health, Inc., Highmark BC/BS, Humana, Magellan (Keystone Health Plan East, Personal Choice, etc), and Medicare. Additional Services Licensed Clinical Social Worker
