As someone visiting a place like this for the first time, I couldn't feel much worse. When we first walked in the door we were greeted with someone who answered our questions with questions, and couldn't be bothered to explain procedure to us. We made sure they knew which number to call, but they called the wrong number with an update the next day, and left a message saying we could call back on Monday. Then, when calling at the start of the two hour calling window to speak with our child, we were told there was a list and he would have to call us back when it was his turn. I called when there was 10 minutes left and was informed that there were two people ahead of him and only ten minutes left. We never heard from him. Earlier that day, when we visited, our child said no counselor had even spoken to him. He needed to talk to someone, and no one bothered. There were group talks and the passing out of drugs. Yeah, I do not have faith in their idea of helping my child. Maybe it'd be better if they only needed help weekdays during work hours!

Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I have never had more confidence in a physician and in this business that is saying a lot. The doctor knows what to prescribe, how much, when to change as if he can read me perfectly. I would otherwise be afraid of any other doctor.
