They definitely NOT easy to reach in an emergency. Dr.Herman went for some surgical procedure and then was out for weeks...with NO back-up to help! I couldn't get my pills! I couldn't get any help from his office. I had to go to my primary for help! How terrible to leave all his patients with no back-up! Greedy! He has had to cancel my appointments. I will NEVER there again!.
