This place is like a prison. They lack compassion for patients and parents and are unable to offer a caring, nurturing environment in which a teen can feel secure enough to open up. The staff are like prison guards. The visiting time coincides with hygiene time so the patient has a choice to either shower or visit with relatives. If they chose the visit they are punished. The school teacher and her team refused to allow my child to have access to her school books. This place needs to be investigated by the authorities.
