I imagine at some point in her career, Dianna was probably a great therapist. However, she has some sort of memory issue at this point in her life and should not be practicing. She cannot remember things you've told her even a few minutes before. She will forget what month it is as well. It is actually very sad to see the state that her memory is in and not particularly safe or professional for her to continue practicing.
