Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was disappointed with the way my appointment went. I don't feel like they really cared about me. It seemed suspicious that they didn't display their credentials anywhere. If they have credentials, they should make them more obvious. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
