I DO NOT recommend Joan Russell. The woman is greedy and obsessed with money. I missed an appointment due to my spouse getting called into work at the last minute. It was an unforeseen circumstance and certainly not intentional. I gave her 5 hours notice and she still charged me $50 even though I rescheduled the appointment. At the time I rescheduled she didn't say anything about charging $50. Then 3 weeks later at the next appointment, she interrogated my spouse and said that she had to charge us $50 for the appointment because our kids weren't sick and we could have brought them with us. NEVER again will we see this greedy woman again. She cares more about taking your money than she does about your mental well being.
