I've seen Ms. Saban on and off for several years for a variety of issues related to depression and anxiety. Her manner is warm and accepting and she provides me with tools to use to control my anxiety. Whenever life gets too stressful I go back to therapy for some additional tools. I would highly recommend her.

I would not recommend Ms. Saban at all. My ex-wife and I visited her practice because we simply just needed to organize and get our 'spark' back. She ended up pitting us against each other, and a year later we were separated and in the process of a divorce. All she did was tell us our faults to the point where both of us were completely miserable. At the time, both my ex and I agreed she wasn't very good at her job.
