It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
