I have had post-traumatic stress disorder forever (40 plus years) and I blindly went to Process Strategies in the hopes of helping with this. NOTHING has ever worked for me. I have tried everything. I am so sick of "experts" who think they know more than I do about my condition. Sick of them lying to me, saying they can help. I could go on and on but it's a waste of time. When the lights go out I have collapsed to the floor sobbing and screaming, injuring both knees requiring knee surgery afterwards. I hope other people have issues that they really can improve and get better.
