Everyone at Platteville Family Resource Center has always treated me courteously and as a friend. They always try their best to answer any questions I have or point me in the right direction. My therapist is understanding and helpful, and I always feel much better after I leave a session. Although on occasion appointments have been cancelled due to weather or illness, they have always rescheduled me right away, and I always feel respected.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I believe they are operating a scam along with County Human Resourses to get as much in fees as they can and only create more problems,l and then walk away because the funding has tried up.
