When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seemed like they're going to give up on me and they did. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. LOUSY, JUST LOUSY!!!!! there was no available MD. Their case management was unprofessional, ill concieved, not well thought out, i felt excluded from my own care, they could not deliver and were not able to take responsibility for their own behavior. dangerous place to be if you really need help.
