The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

She doesn't treat her clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Her behavior has been detrimental to my children's well being. We never should have choosen her as a therapist!!
