I’ve been visiting with Dr. Most now for a few years. I was stressed, frustrated, and had a lot of built up anger. After dealing with a bad business breakup I ended up having a mental breakdown. I just couldn’t go on. The stress of work and family took a toll on my life. I hit a brick wall in life and didn’t want to go on. The fear of the unknown, the stress and worries took a toll on my mental health along with my family life. To put it lightly, I was falling apart. I was suffering from panic attacks, agoraphobia and starting doubting my abilities in business and life. I was slowly becoming my worst nightmare and everyone around me was dealing with my wrath. After visiting a few local doctors, I found Dr. Most. I felt at ease, and over the course of a few weeks opened up. Dr. Most helped me uncover who the real “me” was. I learned how I thought, how I processed emotion, and most importantly how I handled stress. Dr. Most helped me step out of my mind and analyze who I really was. To say it was an eye opener would be an understatement. I’ve since made a complete 180. I’m happy. I’m confident. I can look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. The most important part is my family life has improved dramatically. No longer am I angry. I learned to understand why I was feeling the way I was, and most importantly how to process the feelings I was having. I learned so much about myself and I’m excited to learn more. Along with this inner peace and confidence came success in business. I’m able to think clearly, understand my emotions, and control my thoughts. I’ve found peace in my life. I still visit with Dr. Most because I want to learn more about myself. My road to personal discovery will continue. If you are upset, curious, angry, sad, realize you can he happy again. I’m proof. I’m a real person and would be happy to talk with anyone who is thinking of visiting with Dr. Most. Without a doubt, Dr. Most saved my life and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Dr. Most was and continues to be instrumental in helping me deal with my autistic son. My son goes to him as well.
As a result of going to Dr. Charles Most, I'm able to better interact, respond to and generally interact with my loving son.
Someone who has an autistic child can understand the unique and seemingly insurmountable challenges that face us as parents.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Most more highly. He is beyond capable.
