I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They answered a few of my questions but I could have used more information. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Despite these facts, they were stressed when I presented some very serious problems and provided no or very little guidance. I felt they were incapable of helping me when the chips were down, and I felt there was no reason to continue seeing my therapist.
