This morning I called back a number left twice on my cell phone yesterday as attempted calls, only to find out it was Paula Mills' number. She was EXTREMELY rude because I had woken her up (8:10am). She explained that her secretary forwards calls to her personal number when not at the office. She eventually identified me as a new patient scheduled for today and said. "My secretary does this when I have to see you people in Orange Park". When I asked if she always referred to clients as "you people", she said "look, are you going later or what"?. I told her I did not wish to see her to what she again rudely responded she did not want to see me either.
Her level of professionalism is a crying shame, not to mention her lack of technological knowhow in having calls properly forwarded or answered by a voice mail, so she does not have to be awaken and manifest her true unprofessional demeanor, particularly for a mental health professional. I strongly recommend she seek professional help first before she attempts to help others.
