I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
