To start, he schedules his own appointments (meaning no secretary/receptionist) and my initial contact with him was disappointing.
He answered very coldly with a "hello," no introduction, and instructed me to schedule online. He wasn't busy enough to answer the phone, but apparently too busy to schedule a new patient or answer any questions.
I don't have consistent access to a computer or Internet and needed to schedule over the phone.

I found it strange that he asked why I'm calling - hmm, perhaps I need help?

This actually foreshadowed how poor his attitude and overall performance truly is/was.

The office is tiny, smaller than my bathroom, but that's not why I'm writing this review.

He made me feel like a total loser. Offered no encouragement, simply told me to see someone else.

I opened up to this individual, and that is a very difficult thing for me to do. He ignored all but one of my problems and chose to focus on that only. I was tempted to ask him during the appointment "do you really even want to see me?" Because after 10 minutes of speaking to him it was abundantly clear he wanted nothing to do with me.

The next 35 minutes were very awkward, he repeated the same thing over and over until the appointment came to an end.
Dr (I can't believe I show respect with that title, because he isn't a doctor) Mr. Meyer was truly cold, uncaring and offered a dim view into what a "therapist burnout" truly is.

I will never return to this individual and frankly, he gave other hardworking, caring psychologists a bad name.
