I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. I think they've only canceled it once the whole time I've been going there.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Their staff is friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was <url removed> family member was referred to Dr. Rhodes. After visiting him, family member was more suicidal. We wish we had been given another psychologist. I have heard the other psychologists are excellent. We got the bad apple.
